CLIENT: Kjell & Company
CHALLENGE: For this project, I was responsible for creating clear and engaging communication around Kjell & Company’s charging assortment. The challenge was that chargers, cables, and powerbanks are typically presented through technical specifications — QI, PD, and other abbreviations — which makes it difficult for customers to understand what the products actually do, how they differ, and which solution fits their needs.
The technology overshadowed the story, leaving many customers confused rather than supported. The task was to translate technical complexity into something intuitive, relatable, and rooted in everyday use.
SOLUTION: To solve this, I shifted the perspective from technical features to real‑life situations. Instead of communicating specs, I focused on the contexts in which the products help customers. By categorizing the assortment based on needs — Charge on the go (powerbanks), Charge wirelessly (Qi charging), Charge with style (design chargers), Charge fast (PD chargers), and Charge new (the latest innovations) — I created a structure that guides customers quickly and clearly.
Each category became a simple entry point to the right product, with function and user benefit at the center. This made it easy for customers to understand which charger solves which problem, without decoding technical terminology. The result was a more intuitive, inspiring, and customer‑friendly communication system that made choosing the right charging solution effortless.
